Know The Law: Mind The Legal Gaps
What the Equality Act 2010 means for your organisation - and what could happen when you get it wrong
Service Description
The legal framework around equality, discrimination and protected characteristics exists for a reason. But knowing the law exists and understanding what it means for your day-to-day decisions are two very different things. This workshop covers the protected characteristics, focuses on LGBTQ+ discrimination, employer responsibilities and the very real consequences of getting it wrong — including uncapped employment tribunal awards. Clear, practical and directly relevant to managers, HR professionals and leaders at every level.
