


About Me
I spent decades building a career in senior corporate leadership - managing teams across the Philippines, India, Bulgaria, Brazil, the United Kingdom and Gibraltar, working in environments where being tough was the baseline and showing vulnerability wasn't really on the menu.
What nobody knew was that the whole time, I was transgender. I'd always known. I just hadn't been able to live it.
I came out later in life. By then I'd spent 19 years working with the British Army, over 20 years in senior corporate leadership across six countries, worked the doors as a bouncer and taught karate to black belt level. I was not, by any reasonable measure, the obvious face of a D&I consultancy.
The photos are both of me. Same tattoos, same person - just finally living as herself.
Which is exactly why I think I might be the right one.
I understand corporate culture from the inside. I understand what it costs to hide who you are. And I understand - better than most - how far the distance between those two worlds can stretch.
