All services are subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, or booking confirmation.

These Terms apply alongside any such agreement. In the event of conflict, the specific service agreement takes precedence.
 

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us following your request.
 

4.2 Pricing

Where a fee is quoted, this will be confirmed in writing before the booking is finalised.

Workshop pricing listed on the website (for example “from £500”) is indicative only and subject to individual agreement.
 

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
 

4.4 Booking Acceptance

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1 Cancellation by You

• More than 28 days before the service date: full refund or no charge

• 14–28 days before the service date: 50% of the agreed fee payable

• Fewer than 14 days before the service date: 100% of the agreed fee payable

 

5.2 Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer either:

• a full refund, or

• an alternative date of your choosing

 

5.3 Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule with more than 14 days’ notice will be accommodated where possible at no additional charge.

Requests made with fewer than 14 days’ notice may incur a fee.
 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content on this website — including written materials, workshop content, blog posts, resources, branding, and training materials — remains the intellectual property of Andrea King and is protected by UK copyright law.
 

6.2 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Personal, non-commercial sharing with appropriate attribution is permitted.
